Abri Boyd was the host of her own radio show "FernFolk" in college in which she shared her musings and thoughts with her fellow students. Now being in the workforce she craved to reinvigorate her passion for the show in a new form that worked with her current schedule and resources.
She chose the platform "Substack" on which to unleash her creative outings. Both in analog photography and written word. For his, she tasked me with designing a new logo and style to fit her style of a modern Americana. Reflecting a pride in the gorgeous landscapes of the North American continent. The beauty of its sceneries and the thoughts, dreams and musings that go along with it.
Abri is a woman born and raised in the mountains of Colorado, and moved to Portland, Oregon for her studies. This design was a balancing act of combining the grounded values of her place of birth with the bustling and dynamic environment of the metropolitan city she moved to.
